Seok-hyun Song is an attorney at Yulchon’s IP&Technology Practice. Mr. Song received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST and completed an integrated master’s and doctoral program at KAIST, and received his J.D. from Yonsei University Law School and subsequently passed the Bar Examination. Prior to joining Yulchon, Mr. Song served as an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science (currently, Department of Cyber Science) of the Republic of Korea Naval Academy. Mr. Song also performed litigation and provided legal advice on various IP, information protection, and technology for domestic and foreign clients while working as an attorney in LIN LLC, and served as an in-house counsel at global game company Smilegate Co., Ltd., where he handled legal and compliance matters.
